Annual OMZ Sangha Meeting
The annual OMZ Sangha Meeting will be held Saturday, February 8th, 2014 at noon. The 2013 financial report will be presented and one at-large OMZ Board member will be elected. Spring Break, April 14 through April 19
The zendo will be closed Monday, April 14th through Saturday, April 19th.
Changes in Evening Sittings:
Beginning Monday, December 2, all evening sittings will start at 6:00PM rather than 6:10, and will end at 7:00. Barry will be available for dokusan when he attends in the evenings. His attendance schedule will vary.
7 - 8 am, Tuesday through Friday
6pm - 7 pm, Monday through Friday
10am - noon (except sesshin Saturdays)
During the week our morning and evening sittings vary: they consist of either two periods of zazen, or of one period of zazen and a short service. The service includes chanting of the Heart Sutra and other chants. Please join us.

If you are a beginner or new to the zendo, please call or email first for a review of procedures or to schedule instruction.
Daylong sesshins usually take place on the first Saturday of the month from 9 am - 5pm.
2014 Winter Sesshin Schedule
Saturday, January 11
Our January sesshin will be held on Saturday, January 11th
from 9 AM to 5 PM. The sesshin fee is $100 for members and $125 for non-members. Oryoki set rental is $10. Registration for the January 11th sesshin is required by Thursday, January 9th. Email Claire at firstname.lastname@example.org for registration or with questions, and let her know if you will need to rent oryoki bowls or would like oryoki instruction.
Our February sesshin will be held on Saturday, February 1st from 9 AM to 5 PM.
Fees are payable by cash, PayPal (email@example.com) or check (to Ordinary Mind Zendo). When making payments, please be specific as to what your payments are for.
A four day sesshin will be held at The Garrison Institute in Garrison, New York from Wednesday, March 12th through Sunday, March 16th.

Sesshin Site Ideas Welcome
Efforts are underway to explore alternative sites for future OMZ multi-day sesshins. If you are familiar with locations or retreat centers that might be appropriate, please contact Hope Blosser.
