    Sitting: All are welcome to attend our daily sittings.  If you are a beginner or new to the zendo, please call first (917-608-3348) for a review of procedures or to schedule instruction.
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7 - 8am.
  • Monday thru Friday, 6 - 7pm
  • Saturday, 10am - noon

**KOAN CLASS FOLLOWING SATURDAY ZAZEN**
Immediately following zazen, 12:15 to 1pm.

We will then be closed for the duration of August and re-open on Tuesday morning, September 2. Happy Summer everyone.

**SAVE THESE DATES**
September sesshin will be Saturday, September 6, from 9 am to 5 pm.
October sesshin will be Saturday, October 4, from 9am to 5pm.
Weekend sesshin at the Garrison Institute will begin Thursday evening, October 30, and end Sunday at noon, November 2.
Details regarding these events to follow in future sangha messages.

**Zendo Garden**
Those of you who have visited our zendo know that we have big beautiful garden. All those interested in doing some spring planting for our zendo garden, please contact Claire at slemmer@cinci.rr.com.
